Project Overview:

Lia is a serviced apartment designed to create a space that feels calm, welcoming, and easy to live in. The objective was to balance comfort and functionality, ensuring the space works seamlessly for different users while maintaining a consistent and considered atmosphere.

The design needed to support everyday living without feeling overly designed. Each area was approached with clarity, ensuring that movement feels natural and that every function is well resolved. The space was shaped through simplicity, allowing materials, light, and layout to define the overall experience.

Approach:

We simplified the layout to improve flow and usability, ensuring each area serves a clear purpose. A restrained palette was introduced to create a soft and consistent atmosphere throughout the space. Materials and finishes were selected for both comfort and durability, allowing the space to remain practical while maintaining its visual consistency.

Outcome:

The final space feels calm, balanced, and easy to live in. It supports everyday use while maintaining a clear and cohesive design language. The environment feels welcoming and complete, allowing users to settle into the space naturally.
